(1) An organized organization wishing to operate a barter market shall submit an application in the prescribed format to the Board along with the prescribed details, documents and application fee to obtain a permit for barter market operation.
(2) An organization that wants to operate commodity trading, rough-cleaning and waste-out business or a warehouse shall submit an application to the board in the prescribed format along with the specified details, documents and application fee to obtain a permit for commodity trading, rough-cleaning and waste-routing business or warehouse operation.< br> (3) The qualification of the organized organization or organization making the application according to sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as prescribed.
